One of our new customers has asked us to assist with streamlining the way in which they recruit, utilising our recruitment process services.
The conversation was mainly around the subject of which methods of interviewing were most relevant for the types of positions that they are looking to recruit for.
The current need is for a senior manager and historically they would hold an assessment centre but could not understand why a number of individuals would decline the offer and prefer not to attend this method of selection.
We pointed out that perhaps the reason for this would be a concern that they may run into colleagues who they currently work with at a similar level, or they would have to share a number of ‘strengths’ with direct competitors.
